Town of Braselton Comprehensive Plan
STWP and CIE Updates
The Town of Braselton, Georgia, will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 6, 2008, at 4:00 p.m. at the Braselton Police & Municipal Court Facility, 5040 Highway 53, Braselton, Georgia, to discuss the Town of Braselton’s Comprehensive Plan five-year Short Term Work Program (STWP) update and Capital Improvement Element (CIE) update. The purpose of this public hearing is to inform the public about the objective of the updates as well as to elicit community input on the proposed updates.
Copies of the updates are available at the Braselton Town Hall, 4982 Highway 53, during regular business hours.

The Rutland Academy Department of Special Education, announces its intention to destroy specific data. Records will be destroyed that were collected, maintained, or used in provision of an appropriate education for Special Ed. Students at the Rutland Academy.
Records of students who enrolled in the Special Education Program at the Rutland Academy and became age 27 or older or has been out of the program for over 5 years or more, or deceased and are no longer needed for Special Ed. Planning purposes. These records may be needed by the student or parent for Social Security or other reasons. The system plans to destroy these records on or around November 28, 2008, unless there has been a request for a due process hearing, or a complaint filed with the Office of Civil Rights, under section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
