Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by ALAIN NOGUERAS to CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, dated 02/06/2003, and Recorded on 03/12/2003, as Book No. 29-J and Page Nos. 782-791, JACKSON County, Georgia Records, as last assigned to CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, by assignment, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $83,686.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the JACKSON County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in November, 2008, the following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Talmo GMD 1691, Jackson County, Georgia, being Lot 20, Silverlake Subdivision, Phase Two, as per subdivision plat recorded in Plat Book 54, Pages 241-245, Jackson County, Georgia Records, which plat is hereby referred to and made a part of this description.
The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Deed to Secure Debt. The Premises will be sold as the property of Borrower. To the best of the knowledge of Lender, the Premises is in the possession of Borrower or those claiming by, through or under Borrower.
The Premises will be sold subject to (i) all unpaid taxes and assessments; (ii) all matters that would be disclosed by a current and accurate survey and inspection of the Premises; and (iii) all easements, limitations, restrictions, reservations, covenants and encumbrances of record to which the Security Deed is inferior in terms of priority.

In 2008, the General Assembly of Georgia enacted an amendment to the on-site Sewage Management Regulations, Chapter 290-5-26, by adding a new Code section, “31-3-5.2” to Chapter 301 of Title 31. The purpose of this ordinance is to provide provisions for the “hand watering” of residential gray water; to provide for regulations; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes. The Official Code of Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A.) Title 31-3-5.2 provides authority to the county board of health for these regulations.
The Jackson County Board of Health is considering adopting these regulations and recommending that the Jackson County Commission adopt them as a local ordinance. A copy of this ordinance can be viewed at the local health department during normal business hours:

“Hand Watering” Gray Water
On-site Sewage Management Systems CHAPTER 290-5-26
In 2008, the General Assembly of Georgia enacted an amendment to the on-site Sewage Management Regulations, Chapter 290-5-26, by adding a new Code section, “31-3-5.2” to Chapter 301 of Title 31. The purpose of this ordinance is to provide provisions for the “hand watering” of residential gray water; to provide for regulations; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes. The Official Code of Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A.) Title 31-3-5.2 provides authority to the county board of health for these regulations.
The Jackson County Board of Health is considering adopting these regulations and recommending that the Jackson County Commission adopt them as a local ordinance. A copy of this ordinance can be viewed at the local health department during normal business hours:
The Jackson County Board of Health solicits your comments for this action. Comments can be made in writing via USPS mail to the Jackson County Health Department to be received prior to the public hearing date, or orally at a hearing before a Hearing Officer 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. on November 5, 2008, in the Jackson County Health Department conference room, located at 623 S. Elm St., Commerce, Georgia 30529
All comments received will be presented to the Board at its regular meeting. This notice is issued pursuant to the Jackson County Board by-laws.
