The Town of Maysville ended last year by spending more money than it took in during 2012, according to the recently released audit. But Maysville still has a massive amount of reserves on hand compared to the size of its budget, according to the document. In 2012, Maysville took in $688,800 in revenues in its General Fund and spent $729,000, not including transferring $11,700 to other funds. Overall, the city had red ink of $51,800 on the year. Although the town spent more than it took in last year, its General Fund was still left with a huge balance of $840,000 in reserves, more than a year’s worth of spending.
Hank- That's what I first thought? I know the amount they had to dip into the reserves for is how much they went in the hole for? I know they would like to finish the year off WITHOUT having to get into the reserves BUT at least they ain't broke?
Hey FJCR-I don't reply to every article this here paper is full of articles that I don't reply too!
Now lets talk about ignorance! You want to know WHY I use question marks? BECAUSE I WAS ASKING QUESTIONS! That's what I was taught at Jefferson city schools and Jackson County school system to put at the end of a sentence where I was asking a question BUT just for I'll start trying to put !,:.;.".'. at the end that way you can try to figure out what I'm saying OR I'll stop skipping spaces between words OR I won't put nothing at the end if sentences?I'msickofyoupeopletryingtocorrectmypostbecauseyouthinkyouaresosmartANDyoudontevenknowwhataQuestionis? Now you figure out what that last sentence says? Would you rather have question marks or nothing at all?
Please tell me how 'that's what I first thought' and 'at least they ain't broke' is a question. If you are 'sick of people correcting you', obviously this is not the first time you have been called out. You stated JHS and JCCHS. Does it take two schools to teach you? You still did not learn. Maybe consider it as we are trying to help you. We would rather have nothing at all. That includes not having you post, at all.
