The planners also recommended denial of two variance requests for the project.
The Jefferson City Council will consider the requests when it meets at 6 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 14, at the civic center. The request swill be on the city council agenda for a vote at the Monday, Jan. 28 meeting, to be held at 6 p.m. at the civic center.
