Jefferson gym plans move forward
Contractors working on Jefferson City Schools’ building projects are fine-tuning plans for the construction of the new gymnasium, with the bid phase planned through the next two months.
Brian Daniel, president of Carroll Daniel Construction Co., told the board that he expects bids will be let within weeks for the high school facility, which he called the “last piece of the pie.” The board could be presented with guaranteed maximum cost proposals to approve in mid-to-late January, Daniel said.

more wasted tax $$$. nothing wrong with the current facility that can't be corrected with a facelift.
