Airport manager leaving, JCAA discusses hiring process

THE JACKSON County airport will be seeking a new manager with the upcoming departure of current manager Greg Garner. Garner has served in the position for a little over a year. The Jackson County Airport Authority mulled over the process to find Garner’s replacement at its monthly meeting Tuesday. Chairman Ken Botts noted that the candidate search was a lengthy process last time an airport manager was hired.
