In Braselton, a police officer stopped a vehicle when he noticed that a Ford Mustang traveling on Ga. Hwy. 211 was missing a tire and was being driven on a rim.
The driver, Jessica Danielle Sexton, 22, questioned why the officer stopped her after he already told her about the missing tire, according to an incident report. A witness who stopped at the scene said a Mustang was seen leaving Jeffrey’s Sports Bar. The vehicle drove over a curb and median and the vehicle’s tire was flat, according to police.
Sexton was charged with DUI and failure to meet tire requirements.

I have 2 comments:
No.1. If you want a fight just pour a beer on my head or antwhere else on me.
No.2. Where does it say you have to have 4 tires on a car to deive it? And what if she didn't have a spare. I mean if you gotta go somewhere you gotta go.
ha ha haha!nah just tell me you want to fight and we will go at it darn the beer!well first of all if you can't tell your riding on a rim and sending sparks down the road even drunk then you need to seek more evaluation!
It says it in Georgia Law. It's called "Tire Requirements." In a nut shell, all the tires are to be maintained in good working order and with sufficient tread. So if your car came off the factory floor with four tires, then you have to have FOUR tires.
I guess she had to go somewhere alright....Over the curb and median...
Thank you to the Braselton Police who stopped this driver and took her off the roads. As a Braselton resident I am very thankful they were able to do so before one of MY family members was hurt or killed.
It's no wonder that you posted as Anonymous. I wouldn't want anyone to know that I said something so stupid either.
