Two women got into a fight after one of them poured a beer on the other's head, according to reports filed with the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.
A woman at a Creekview Drive, Hoschton, address, said her niece poured beer on her head and started a fight. The niece left the residence, but later called 911 to say the woman knocked her beer out of her hand and they started a fight. Both woman reported several minor injuries, but didn’t seek medical attention.
In Braselton, a police officer stopped a vehicle when he noticed that a Ford Mustang traveling on Ga. Hwy. 211 was missing a tire and was being driven on a rim.
The driver, Jessica Danielle Sexton, 22, questioned why the officer stopped her after he already told her about the missing tire, according to an incident report. A witness who stopped at the scene said a Mustang was seen leaving Jeffrey’s Sports Bar. The vehicle drove over a curb and median and the vehicle’s tire was flat, according to police.
Sexton was charged with DUI and failure to meet tire requirements.
