Although it’s overall score was down this year, for at least the fourth consecutive year, Jefferson High School surpassed the state and national SAT scores, according to data released on Monday by the Georgia Department of Education.
Jackson County Comprehensive High School improved its SAT score this year as did Commerce High School. But East Jackson Comprehensive High School saw a large drop in its score.
Only JHS and JCCHS were above the state average this year.
