SIX PEOPLE were sentenced in recent State Court proceedings, including the following:
•John G. Sheffield, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, 12 months probation, $500 fine and attend drug and alcohol and anger management classes.
•Harrison Wade Gullickson, DUI, 12 months probation, $600 fine, 40 hours community service, Risk Reduction Program and drug and alcohol evaluation. Charges of driving too fast for conditions, failure to maintain lane and obstruction were dismissed.
•Pamela Watson Maynard, failure to maintain lane, $1,000 fine, 12 months probation and drug and alcohol evaluation. A charge of DUI was dismissed.
•Chad Jermei Trotter, reckless driving, $600 fine, 12 months probation, 40 hours community service and Risk Reduction Program.
•Max Allen Smith, speeding, $250 fine and 12 months probation.
•Jonathan Wills, possession of marijuana, $500 fine and 12 months probation. A charge of suspended license was dismissed.
DISMISSED
The following cases were dismissed:
•Stephen Howard Green, simple assault, battery, obstructing a person making a 911 call and cruelty to children.
•Angela Lafaye Prunty, battery and cruelty to children.
•Timothy Michael Jamison, battery.
•Haley Desiree Coberly, underage possession of alcohol.
•Charles Caleb Smith, public drunkenness.
•Christopher Todd Veal, possession of marijuana and criminal trespass.
•Robert Laurence Healy, obstructing a person making a 911 call.
•Michael Tyler Vaughn, underage possession of alcohol.
•Samuel Dykes Sheffield, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
•Angelina Davis, disorderly conduct and obstruction.
•Lora Ann Watkins, theft by shoplifting.
•Steven Eugene Reeves, battery.
•James Hensley, disorderly conduct.
•Paul Kenneth Goodrich, battery and cruelty to children.
•Michael Watson, unsecured load.
•Adam Bryce Butcher, disrupting a public school.
NOT GUILTY VERDICT
A not guilty verdict was issued in the following bench trial:
•Glenhaven Joseph Saddler, passing in a no passing zone.
$ 40.00 I paid for the warrants to be issued!!! And they yell about needing to be a full time court!!! What?? They need more time to dismiss more charges!?!?!??
