Lady Eagles Travel To North Oconee Thurs.

After a few days off, the East Jackson Lady Eagles were scheduled Tuesday to start region play after a strong start to the season.

So far, they’ve logged a 6-2 record, including back-to-back wins in their last two outings.


On Tuesday, they were scheduled to host Dawson County, which comes in with a 3-1 record, having dropped a game to North Hall on Aug. 23.

The Lady Eagles had been scheduled to begin their region schedule with a home stand against Habersham Central on Aug. 27. That game was postponed due to inclement weather, but a rescheduled date has not been announced.

Up next for East Jackson is a trip to North Oconee to continue region play on Thursday. The Lady Titans enter Thursday’s match up with a 6-2 record, including four wins in a row as of Tuesday.

The first pitch is scheduled for 7 p.m.
