EIGHT PEOPLE were sentenced in recent Superior Court proceedings in Jackson County, including the following:
•Juan Carlos Zambrano, theft by receiving stolen property, $1,000 fine, three years probation and banished from Tanger. Five charges of shoplifting were dismissed.
•Helen Elizabeth Hayes, forgery, 10 years probation, $750 fine and restitution.
•Joseph Veal, terroristic threats and acts and interference with government property, five years probation, $300 fine, 40 days in jail and five years probation.
•Ronald Mathis, theft by taking, $750 fine and four years probation.
•Jacqulyn Lively, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, $1,000 fine and 10 years probation.
•Zachary J. Bigler, possession of marijuana, $250 fine and 12 months probation. A charge of manufacturing marijuana was dismissed.
•Billy Frank Standridge, sale of oxycodone, nine years probation, 100 days in jail, $750 fine and waive fourth amendment right.
•Brandon Waters, terroristic threats, two years in jail, three years probation and $1,000 fine.
