JEFFERSON – Eva Craig Hogwood, 83, died Monday, February 6, 2012.
Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late John Clifford “Jobo” Craig and Myrtice Wilbanks Craig. Mrs. Hogwood was a member of Living Word Worship Center and worked at the Primp and Style Hair Salon in Jefferson for over 20 years.
Survivors include her children, Debbie and Wayne Norris, Jefferson, Kathy and Ira Morgan, Danielsville, David and Tina Hogwood, Pendergrass; brother, Steve Craig, Gainesville; grandchildren, Allen and Linda Love, Marty Love, Robin Hogwood, Greg Hogwood, Justin Neese and Betsy Ledesma; 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday, February 9, in the chapel of Evans Funeral Home with the Revs. Wayne Norris and Dennis Kesler officiating. The burial was in the Jackson Memorial Park with Daniel Love, Seth Love, Jeremy Love, Jamie Love, Robin Hogwood and Greg Hogwood honored as pallbearers.
Evans Funeral Home, Jefferson, was in charge of arrangements.
