•Travon Patrick Bailey, 31, University Gardens, Athens, failure to appear.
•Joshua Lee Nix, 25, 1001 B. Whitfield Road, Jefferson, child support violation, fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, reckless driving, driving while unlicensed, failure to stop at stop sign and obstruction of an officer.
JEFFERSON
•Charles Glenn Sunley Jr., 40, 772 Wayne Street, Elberton, obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer and giving a false name or address to a law enforcement officer.
•Shauna Jean Sagan, 24, 1869 Appalssa Lane, Buford, failure to appear.
•Eric Lamar Tate, 32, 3465 Osbourne Drive, Flowery Branch, possession with intent to distribute.
