•David Wayne Hembree, 31, 953 Berea Road, Commerce, disorderly conduct, cruelty to children and obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer.

JPD is crazy. I have never heard of some of the things they try to charge people for. They are all after money for the city of Jefferson. How much money was spent on those stupid red light cameras that have been put in place? hmmm...really people. If you are not from Jefferson and didnt go to school in the little hick town you are an outsider and treated as suspect for any and every move you make. I have no criminal record and have never had a speeding ticket in Jefferson or anywhere else so I am not just talking to make myself sound better. They are the most crooked PD I have ever heard of! Those who agree so I!!!!
