Nine sentenced in Superior Court proceedings
NINE PEOPLE were sentenced in recent Superior Court proceedings in Jackson County, including the following:
•Thomas Daniel White, possession of methamphetamine, four years probation, 100 hours community service and waive fourth amendment rights.
•Shanna Gail Looney, theft by taking a motor vehicle, five years probation, $2,085 restitution and 50 hours community service.
•Gregorio Ayala Hernandez, terroristic acts and threats, five years probation, 120 days in jail, $1,000 fine and no contact with the victim.
•Thomas Frankenberger, theft by taking, 45 days in jail, 12 months probation, alcohol and drug treatment and no contact with the victim.
•Branden Dean Reinemann, possession of alprazolam, obstruction of an officer and failure to maintain lane, $1,000 fine, four years probation and complete drug court.
•Koty Allan Larson, theft by taking, one year in jail, nine years probation, restitution and 90 to 120 days in a detention center.
•Robert Ramone Fletcher, family violence battery, 100 days in jail and counseling.
•Amy Marie Hill, robbery by sudden snatching, two years in jail, eight years probation, $1,000 fine, restitution and no contact with the victim.
•Tristan Jones, theft by taking, three years in jail, five years probation, $500 fine and restitution.
•Shanna Gail Looney, theft by taking a motor vehicle, five years probation, $2,085 restitution and 50 hours community service.
