Kings Bridge Middle School, Jefferson High School and Benton Elementary School have planned special programs to commemorate Veteran’s Day.

Kings Bridge Middle School will present a special Veteran’s Day Service on Friday, November 11, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Kings Bridge Middle School gymnasium.
The event will feature the Kings Bridge Middle School Symphonic Band, Kings Bridge Middle School Chorus, Jackson County High School ROTC and a featured veteran guest speaker.
Kings Bridge Middle School leaders invite all parents, especially those who are veterans, and any local veteran associations/honor guards to attend this event.

Jefferson High School will be presenting its 10th annual Veterans Day Honor Program on Thursday, November 11, at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. in the Jefferson High School auditorium.
These two programs will be a school-wide assembly. There will be a reception following the program in the media center at approximately 10:45 a.m. for all veterans and their families.
The school is inviting all veterans to attend these programs. There will be representatives from all branches of the Armed Forces to help honor those who have served the country. Special seating will be available for all veterans and their spouses and families.

Benton Elementary School will celebrate Veteran’s Day on Friday, Nov. 11, at 11 a.m.
The fifth graders will lead a program to honor the nation. The assembly will be held in the gym.
