Thirty-three sentenced in Jackson County State Court

THIRTY-THREE people were sentenced in recent State Court proceedings in Jackson County, including the following:
•Marfellia Almodovar-Alcantara, expired driver’s license: $143 fine.
•James Aubrey Boonds, littering on highway: $283 fine.
•Maxwell Barrett Loparco, failure to maintain lane: $143 fine. A charge of driving on the wrong side of the road was dismissed.
•Danielle Sierra Moore, speeding: $192 fine.
•Reynaldo Plascencia, following too closely: $143 fine, 90 days probation and restitution.
•Morgan Alexander Roth, speeding: $300 fine.
•Hannah Jeanine Wood, no proof of insurance, $400 fine and 12 months probation.
•Randy Cleve Baker, suspended license and obstruction: $1,500 fine, 10 days confinement with credit for time served and 12 months probation.
•Randy Cleve Baker, obstruction: $500 fine and 12 months probation.
•Jeffery Eugene Cruce, two counts of criminal trespass and obstructing a 911 telephone call: $1,500 fine, 12 months probation and no contact with victim(s).
•William Joseph L. Knight, driving on expired license: $100 fine and 12 months probation.
•Jacob Charles Lattanzie, battery – family violence act: $500 fine, Family Violence Intervention Program within 30 days, 12 months probation and no contact with victim(s). Charges of two counts of third degree cruelty to children were dismissed.
•Christopher Mac Robinson, obstruction: $500 fine and 12 months probation.
•Mary Frances Terrell, driving on suspended license: $1,000 fine, 12 months probation and restitution.
•William Malbrough, suspended license: $2,000 fine and 12 months probation. Charges of expired tag and license plate with intent to conceal identity of vehicle were dismissed.
•Ronald Lee Smith, disorderly conduct: $300 fine and 12 months probation.
•Colby Jordan Wagoner, driving under the influence – less safe: $600 fine, 40 hours community service, 12 months probation, Risk Reduction Program and drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment. Charges of driving under the influence – over legal limit and possession of marijuana less than one ounce were dismissed.
•Mary Beth Lewis, tag light violation: $143 fine. A charge of drugs to be kept in original containers was dismissed.
•Alberto Alvarez Vasquez, driving without a license: $1,353 fine. A charge of tag light violation was dismissed.
•Christopher Shane Waters, driving under the influence – less safe and suspended license: $1,100 fine, 12 months probation, 40 hours community service, Risk Reduction Program and drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment. Charges of driving under the influence – over legal limits, too fast for conditions, vehicle to drive on right side of roadway and safety belt violations were dismissed.
•Jonathan Lee Motes, no proof of insurance: $400 fine and 12 months probation. Charges of open container violation, operation of a vehicle with a cracked windshield and tire requirements were dismissed.
•Glenn Bailey Murdock, suspended license: $143 fine.
•Joie Dawn Adams, disorderly conduct: 12 months probation and 30 hours community service. A charge of affray was dismissed.
•Wendell Todd Barnett, suspended license and no proof of insurance: $900 fine and 12 months probation. Charges of use of license plate to conceal identity of vehicle and operation of a vehicle with a cracked windshield were dismissed.
•Scott Benjamin Palette, suspended license: $703 fine. A charge of safety belt violation was dismissed.
•William Robert Roy, disorderly conduct: 12 months probation and 30 hours community service. A charge of affray was dismissed.
•David Jeremy West, Jr., no proof of insurance and affixing license plate with intent to conceal identity of vehicle: $900 fine and 12 months probation.
•Wardett Poole, disorderly conduct: 12 months probation and 30 hours community service.
•Larry Keith Kuykendall, battery and criminal trespass: $500 fine, 12 months probation, Family Violence Intervention Program within 30 days and no contact with victim(s) or property belonging to victim(s).
•Ryderrick Quinetezz Grier, obstruction: $200 fine and 12 months probation.
•Marquese Chavez Butler, safety belt violations: $15 fine. A charge of knowingly driving motor vehicle on suspended or canceled license was dismissed.
•Robert Scott Webber, speeding: $50 fine.
•Calhoun Reeves, Jr., speeding: $248 fine. A charge of safety belt violations was dismissed.

•Cleater James Meaders, Jr., unlawful possession of alcoholic beverages and unlawful possession of apparatus used in the distillation of alcoholic beverages.

•Barbara Ann Cokeley, deposit account fraud.
•Kevin Orlando Villatoro, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and underage possession of alcohol and open container violation.
•Robert James Kabel, deposit account fraud.
•Brian Dwaine Cannon, criminal trespass.
•Mary Susan Osburn, criminal trespass.
•Dorris Ann Moon, driving while registration suspended.
•Edward Leon Roberts, Jr., expired tag and improperly transferred plate.
