THIRTY-SEVEN people were sentenced in recent State Court proceedings in Jackson County, including the following:
•Jorge Gomez Arango, driving without a license and weaving over roadway, $846 fine.
•Horacio Zarco Araujo, driving without a license, $703 fine.
•Lisa Roshunda Babb, public drunkenness, $273 fine.
•Anora Catherine Blackwell, disorderly conduct, $300 fine.
•Leslie Michelle Bradberry, disorderly conduct, $300 fine, 12 months probation, 12 Anger Management classes and no violent contact with victim(s).
•Jimmy Randall Cain, no proof of insurance, $400 fine and 12 months probation.
•Juan Cervantes-Gutierrez, driving without license, $1,353 fine. A charge of weaving over roadway was dismissed.
•Romero Sanchez Chavez, driving under the influence – less safe, $600 fine, 40 hours community service, alcohol/drug evaluation and treatment and Risk Reduction Program. Charges of driving under the influence – over legal limit, failure to maintain lane and tire requirements were dismissed.
•Byron Eduardo Cruz, driving without a license, $703 fine.
•Homer Dyer, driving a motor vehicle on a suspended registration and no proof of insurance, $900 fine and 12 months probation.
•Keith Wayne Eddings, suspended license, $1,000 fine and 12 months probation.
•Anastacio Flores, Jr., suspended license, $500 fine.
•Gregory Dane Gamble, deposit account fraud, forfeit bond and restitution.
•Evaristo Gonzalez, driving without a license, $703 fine. A charge of no tail lights was dismissed.
•Brandon Mark Grainger, giving a false name and date of birth to a law enforcement officer, 48 hours confinement with credit for time served.
•Carlos Perez Hernandez, driving without a license, $703 fine. A charge of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer was dismissed.
•Helen English Kinman, underage possession of alcohol, $200 fine, six months probation, 20 hours community service and letter/3 page report on substance abuse. A charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor was dismissed.
•Kyle Aaron Knight, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, $500 fine, 12 months probation and Risk Reduction Program.
•Jose Cruz Antonio Martinez, driving without a license, $703 fine.
•Jonathon Paul McDaniel, no proof of insurance, $400 fine and 12 months probation.
•Cynthia Phillips McKinnon, deposit account fraud, restitution.
•Jose Jesus Muniz, fleeing or attempting to elude and obstruction of officers, $1,000 fine. Charges of driving without a license and improper U-turn were dismissed.
•Grayson Trace Newsome, driving without a license, failure to maintain lane, $643 fine. A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed.
•Margarita Ornelos, driving without a license, $700 fine.
•Mariana Suarez Rebollar, driving without a license, $703 fine. A charge of failure to maintain lane was dismissed.
•Crystal Gayle Robinson, driving on a suspended license, $1,000 fine and 12 months probation.
•April Ellen Rogers, three counts deposit account fraud, forfeit bond and restitution.
•Salvador Sanchez, driving without a license, $703 fine.
•Ruben Santos-Hernandez, driving without a license, $1,353 fine.
•Tracey Samantha Sorrow, three counts deposit account fraud, $500 fine, 12 months probation and restitution.
•Jeremy Wade Sudberry, driving on a suspended license and giving false name and date of birth, $1,200 fine and 12 months probation.
•Maria Ann Viles, driving on a suspended license, $500 fine and 12 months probation.
•Ginger Wilson Wall, two counts deposit account fraud, $500 fine, 12 months probation and restitution.
•Matthew Clint Watson, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, $600 fine and 12 months probation.
•Christopher Dewayne Wilbourne, headlight violation, $143 fine. Charges of suspended license, expired tag and tire requirements were dismissed.
•Andre Crockett, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, $500 fine and 12 months probation. A charge of open container was dismissed.
•Benjamin Malanoski, possession of marijuana less than one ounce and no insurance, $900 fine and 12 months probation.

•Daniel Luke Martinez, no proof of insurance and driving a motor vehicle on a suspended registration.
•Whitney Deann Meade, deposit account fraud.
•Daryl Scott Wall, no proof of insurance and driving a motor vehicle on a suspended registration.
