•Melissa Brown Griggs, vehicular homicide, DUI and reckless driving.
•Edward P. Hunt, aggravated child molestation, child molestation and cruelty to children.
•Richard Dorian Mitchell, theft by taking, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, theft by receiving stolen property and criminal trespass.
•William S. Mitchell, theft by taking, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, theft by receiving stolen property and criminal trespass.
•Cody Shulas, theft by taking, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, theft by receiving stolen property and criminal trespass.
•Ryan Fuller Smallwood, criminal attempt to acquire a controlled substance by fraud.
•Robert William Bailey, burglary, theft by taking and obstruction of an officer.
•Mary Martin, theft by receiving stolen property.
•Connie Riffe, hindering the apprehension or punishment of a criminal.
•James Henry Riffe Sr., hindering the apprehension or punishment of a criminal.
•James Henry Riffe Jr., burglary, theft by taking, obstruction of an officer, theft by receiving stolen property, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, tampering with evidence, possession of drug-related objects, possession of marijuana, stop sign violation, cracked windshield, expired tag and improper exhaust system.

•Samuel Demetrius Battle, burglary and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
•Lester Frank Littlefield, obstruction of an officer with violence.
•James Clayton Brewer, family violence battery.
•Corderrel Rydrecus Carter, sale of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and distribution of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a housing project.
•Nathan Faulkner, sale of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, distribution of a controlled substance near a school and distribution of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a housing project.
•Dextavious McCurry, criminal attempt to purchase marijuana and use of a communication device to facilitate a drug transaction.
