RESULTS FROM recent Superior Court proceedings in Jackson County include the following:
•Martin K. Wheeler, possession of methamphetamine and expired tag, $1,000 fine, four years probation and waive fourth amendment rights.
•Kelly June Gilleland, possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, two years in jail, six years probation, $5,000 fine and waive fourth amendment rights.
•Brittany Louise Wingfield, possession of methamphetamine, $750 fine, three years probation and waive fourth amendment rights.
•Crystal Leigh Sieverding, forgery, five years probation, 120 hours community service and drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment.
•Nicholas D. Wilbanks, theft by taking, $1,000 fine, waive fourth amendment rights, six months in jail and four and a half years probation.
•Robert Lee Thompson, theft by taking, $500 fine and 12 months probation.
•Nalley Olivera, attempted theft by taking, $500 fine and 12 months probation.
•Elizabeth Santillan, criminal attempt to commit theft by taking, $500 fine and 12 months probation.
•Charles Anthony Garner, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, $1,000 fine and five years probation.
•Sonya Denise Richie, possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute, possession of oxycodone and theft by taking, $2,500 fine, 250 hours community service, alcohol and drug evaluation and treatment, 10 years probation and surrender nursing license for probation period.
•David Keith White, possession of cocaine and DUI, 60 days in jail, four years probation, $1,000 fine and waive fourth amendment rights.
•Ronald W. Rainbolt, financial transaction card fraud, $1,000 fine, restitution and three years probation.
•Teresa Gail Irvin, battery, $250 fine, 12 months probation, no violent contact with the victim and comply with doctor’s orders. Charges of simple battery and obstruction of an officer were dismissed.
•James Ryan Standridge, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of carisoprodol, battery and terroristic threats and acts, $1,000 fine, waive fourth amendment rights, 10 years probation and no contact with the victim.
•Dillon Allen Michael Youngblood, burglary, two years in jail, eight years probation and $1,000 fine.
•Helen Allison Warziniack, obtaining dangerous drug by fraud and burglary, $2,500 fine, five years probation and waive fourth amendment rights.
•Gerald Alvin Runyan, possession of alprazolam, three years probation.
•Charles Richard Atcheson, forgery, $1,000 fine and six years probation.
•Joshua A. Willard, possession of methamphetamine and obstruction of an officer, 40 hours community service, four years probation and waive fourth amendment right.
•Charles Douglas Dyer, obstruction and simple battery, two years in jail and three years probation.
•David Martin Hambrick, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, five years in jail and five years probation.
•Darrell Eugene Blackwell, possession of cocaine, $1,000 fine, four years probation and waive fourth amendment rights. Charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and giving a false name to a law enforcement officer were dismissed.
•Robert A. Cooper, possession of oxycodone, $1,000 fine and waive fourth amendment rights. Charges of driving under the influence (DUI), possession of marijuana, drugs not kept in original container and failure to maintain lane were dismissed.
•Jessica Murrow, possession of cocaine, possession of diazepam and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, eight years probation and $2,000 fine. Charges of possession of marijuana, DUI and running a stop sign were dismissed.
•Steve Lester Snyder, failure to register as a sex offender, six years probation and $1,000 fine.
•Elizabeth Rose Graham, reckless conduct, 12 months probation and 48 hours community service.
•Howard Lawrence Reed, terroristic threats and acts, battery and simple battery, $1,000 fine, no contact with victims, one year in jail and four years probation.
•Marian Louise Sanders, theft by taking, $1,000 fine, restitution and seven years probation.
•James Edward Smith, failure to registered as a sex offender, $500 fine and five years probation.
•James McDaniel, possession of marijuana, three years in jail, seven years probation, $750 fine and waive fourth amendment rights.
•Nicholas Seeley, cruelty to children, $1,000 fine, no contact with victim and 10 years probation.
•David Alldredge, stalking and harassing phone calls, 12 months probation, $500 fine and alcohol and drug evaluation and treatment.
•Robert Clark, simple assault, 90 days in jail, $600 fine, no violent contact with the victim and 12 months probation.
•Justin Gray, simple assault, 12 months probation, $600 fine and no contact with the victim.
•James D. Kelly, burglary and obstruction, five years in jail.
•Damon L. Gause, stalking, 12 months in jail, no contact with the victim and 12 months probation.
•Danny Barnett, false imprisonment and battery, one year in jail, seven years probation, $1,000 fine, no contact with the victim and waive fourth amendment rights.
•Ronald L. Gibson, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, four years in jail, one year on probation, $1,000 fine and no contact with witnesses. Charges of false imprisonment and simple battery were dismissed.
