Five people were sentenced on drug charges in recent Superior Court proceedings in Jackson County, including the following:
•Jason Neil Vaughn, possession of methamphetamine, $250 fine, three years probation, banished from Georgia except for Dade County and waive fourth amendment rights. Charges of possession of marijuana and failure to maintain a lane were dismissed.
•Charles Timothy Rucker, possession of methamphetamine, $2,000 fine, waive fourth amendment rights and five years to serve to be suspended completion of Project Adam.
•Stacie Yvonne Pruitt, possession of methamphetamine and theft by shoplifting, $500 fine, forfeit automobile, waive fourth amendment rights, two years in jail to be suspended upon completion of New Beginnings Program and four years probation.
•Sharon Marie Massey, possession of hydromorphone and possession of darvocet, $2,000 fine, two years in jail and six years probation.
•Joshua Marshun Bailey, possession of cocaine, 21 months in jail and waive fourth amendment rights. Charges of obstruction of an officer and possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute were dismissed.
OTHER SENTENCED
Others sentenced in recent Superior Court proceedings include the following:
•Douglas William Parham, driving while license suspended or revoked, $2,500 fine, Risk Reduction Program and three years probation. A charge of driving without a license was dismissed.
•Joshua Cain Thomas, theft by taking, $1,000 fine, five years probation and restitution. A charge of burglary was dismissed.
•Tiffany Nicole Morris, criminal trespass, battery and reckless conduct, $500 fine, 12 months probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.
•Sherry Leeanne Conner, possession of a gun by a convicted felon, $750 fine, five years probation and forfeit guns. A charge of driving while license suspended has been dismissed.
•Pierre Martin, criminal trespass and obstruction, $500 fine, 12 months probation and no violent contact with the victim.
•Randy Cleve Baker, failure to register as sex offender, $1,000 fine and five years probation.
•Kenneth Ray Evans, theft by taking, three years in jail, five years probation, $1,000 fine and restitution.
•Ricky Gill Rutledge, battery and cruelty to children, five years probation, waive fourth amendment rights and no violent contact with the victim.
•Gerrardo Lecona Lopez, theft by taking, $750 fine and 11 months probation.
