SOMEONE CUT a hole in a fence at a Talmo business last week and stole a skid steer loader, according to an incident report filed at the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
Other incidents reported to the sheriff’s office last week included:
•burglary at a Ward Road, Hoschton, address, where a woman said someone broke into a house through a vent system. The woman didn’t know if anything was taken from the house, but a shed was also vandalized and tools stolen.
•domestic dispute involving several people at a Bristol Court, Hoschton, residence.
•theft by conversion against a Hull man.
•recycled oil stolen from a tank at a Swain Road, Commerce, location.
•suspicious vehicle at a Fincher Drive, Commerce, address.
•jewelry stolen from a Galilee Church Road, Jefferson, residence.
•prowler at a Church Street, Nicholson, address.
•earrings taken from an Antrim Glen Drive, Hoschton, location.
•damage to property at a Pearl Industrial Ave., Hoschton, address.
•air condition coil taken from a Cedar Drive, Pendergrass, location.
•catalytic convertor taken from a vehicle at a Commerce Road, Commerce, residence.
•tools taken from a shop at a Pond Fork Road, Pendergrass, location.
•transaction card fraud against a Brockton Road, Jefferson, man.
•Christmas lawn ornament stolen from an Iron Horse Circle, Pendergrass, location.
•harassing phone calls at a Cabin Creek Road, Nicholson, residence.
•credit card fraud against a Brumbalow Road, Pendergrass resident.
•property damage at a Crooked Creek Road, Athens, location.
•mailbox damaged at a Jefferson River Road, Jefferson, residence.
