Man charged with child molestation
A BUFORD man has been arrested for child molestation after an incident at a friend’s house in 2009, according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
Terrance Alan Keneipp, 46, was arrested on Nov. 2 following an investigation that he allegedly exposed himself to a child while they were sleeping in bed, according to an incident report. The child later said that Keneipp then touched their genitals.
At the time of the incident in May 2009, the child was at their parents’ house in Jefferson. The children was later placed in the custody of a relative.
After a Department of Family and Child Services (DFCS) court hearing involving the child in April 2010, the relative reported the incident to the sheriff’s department. The relative said the child’s father knew that his friend, Keneipp, was involved in the incident, according to an incident report. The father confronted his friend about it, but didn’t report it to law enforcement.
An incident report didn’t specify the age of the child.

The father may have thought he handled it the best way by confronting his friend and there was no need for the law to be involved?

If the pervert is still alive or not in jail then the father did not handle it the right way!

mess and giggles- no the father didn't handle it the right way because if I had been the father there would have been nobody to arrest and put on trial. This guy would never be seen or heard from again? PROBLEM SOLVED. If he did this to my kid he would never touch another kid or adult for that reason again.
