TWENTY PEOPLE were sentenced in recent Superior Court proceedings in Jackson County, including the following:
•Evangela Waters, deposit account fraud, 20 days in jail suspended upon payment of restitution and two years probation.
•Jabari Hunter, theft by taking, $500 fine, restitution and 12 months probation.
•Gerryeanna Aycock, theft by taking, $1,000 fine, five years probation, 30 days in jail and restitution.
•John William Cronic, possession of methamphetamine, possession of alprazolam and driving while license suspended, two years in jail, three years probation, $1,000 fine and 12 months probation. A charge of theft by receiving stolen property was dismissed.
•Jodi Lee Pressley, burglary, $1,000 fine, 10 years probation and two years in jail.
•Steven David, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, $1,000 fine, eight years probation and waive fourth amendment rights.
•Tyler Keith Highfield, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, $1,000 fine and 12 months probation.
•Luis Manuel Canova, obstruction of a law enforcement officer and criminal trespass, $1,000 fine, 12 months probation and no violent contact with the victim.
•Christian Machorro-Perez, obstruction of a law enforcement officer and battery, $1,000 fine, 12 months probation and no contact with the victim.
•Albert Delton Jones, theft by receiving a motor vehicle and theft by taking, four years in jail, six years probation and $2,000 fine.
•Angela Lynn Clay, burglary, $1,000 fine, five years probation and restitution.
•Daniel Jesse Bell, obstruction of an officer, 12 months probation.
•Brandon Joseph Vaughn, simple battery, $500 fine, 12 months probation and no contact with victims.
•Brenda Slade, financial identity fraud, one year in jail to be suspended upon leaving the state of Georgia within 24 hours and no contact with the victim.
•Donald E. Darrough Jr., obstruction, $500 fine, 12 months probation, alcohol evaluation and treatment and anger management classes.
•William Robert Roy, theft by taking, $500 fine, 12 months probation and waive fourth amendment rights.
•Tevin Rucker, possession of marijuana, 12 months probation, 80 hours community service and waive fourth amendment rights.
•Gregory Anthony Thomas, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, $1,000 fine and five years probation.
•Patricia Ann Beck, possession of cocaine, $500 fine and three years probation.
•Robert Bunn, reckless conduct, 12 months probation and 49 days in jail.
