At least two adults and two children were injured in a wreck on Old State Road late Wednesday. One of the adult injuries was said to be critical.
A minivan and a SUV hit head-on in the 1800 block of the North Jackson road around 4:50 p.m. Two people had to be extricated from the vehicles, officials said.
Two ambulances were at the scene and all injuries were transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.

They are still in the hospital. I think the little boy has gone home. Prayers are still needed for this family.

My daughter is in daycare with the children injured in this accident, and the last I heard the mother is in critical condition, and the little girl is stable but some serious injuries and a long recovery ahead of her, and the little boy had some bruises and has been released from the hospital. This family really needs the power of prayer right now. Please add them to your prayer lists at your churches and include them in your daily prayers. God bless this family and surround them with your healing spirit.

I heard about this accident this evening. When I contacted the hospital they could not provide me with any information on her current status. Is her daughter still in the hospital? I am very concerned with the updates of her condition- if anyone can provide information it would be greatly appreciated!

her little boy is out of the hospital.. he wasnt hurt besides a few bruises.. her little girl ashley broke her leg and has cuts with stitches on her forehead.. but shes been out of the hospital.. alicia has been moved out of icu into her own room.. she's still confused about everything.. she had her spleen removed.. she had to get a rod put in her left leg. she has two plates in her arm.. her right knee cap is cracked.. she has to get surgery on that i believe.. and she also has swelling on her brain.. but the doctors and everyone believe she is going to recover..

I understand that everyone is concerned, but why would her friends post such personal information (and include her name)? There are privacy laws in this country. Let's give them the privacy & respect they deserve while dealing with such a traumatic experience. Get well soon!

privacy laws deal with hospitals and staff and such-not friends and people who know the injured. I would think if friend are posting names it's ok-let's just prayer for them.
