Armentrout gets $235,000
The Jackson County Water and Sewerage authority reached a $235,000 settlement with a former engineer.
The authority, following a closed session last Thursday night, voted to sign the agreement stemming from its dismissal in 2002 of the engineering firm Armentrout, Roebuck Matheney Consulting.
None of the current members were on the authority at the time the firm was dismissed.

Who authorized Prime Engineering to use the plans provided by Armentrout engineering? It sounds like that was the main problem. If our Commissioners aren't giving someone $400000.00 our Water Authority is giving someone $235000.00. I'm about feed up with this.
