NINETY-THREE people were sentenced in recent State Court proceedings in Jackson County, including the following:

•Paul Marcus Hodges, no proof of insurance, $200 fine and probation.
•Rebecca Elaine Turner, no proof of insurance and speeding, $400 fine and probation. Charges of driving on a suspended registration, license plate violation, failure to obey traffic control device and expired tag were dismissed.
•Kristi Hall, public nuisance, $300 fine and 60 days probation.
•Michael Terrell Tate, suspended license, $500 fine and probation.
•Florentino Hernandez Guzman, driving without a license, $500 fine and probation. A charge of operation of a vehicle with a cracked windshield was dismissed.
•Janice Lucinda Watkins, speeding, $319 fine.
•Mark Wade Dyer, disorderly conduct, $200 fine.
•Waymon Parson, battery, $300 fine and 12 months probation.
•Tanya Renee Puckett, violation of mandatory education statute, $240 fine and probation.
•David Mitchell Goller, DUI, $1,000 fine. A charge of reckless driving was dismissed.
•Tracy Eric Kennedy, unlawful possession or use of wildlife, $220 fine.
•Cameron Charles Dale, possession of marijuana. $300 fine, 12 months probation and 20 hours community service. A charge of suspended license was dismissed.
•Reveckeyo Anwann Hill, speeding, $234 fine and probation.
•Shelby Scott Carballal, speeding, $235 fine.
•Ronald Jamison Lingerfelt, failure to move to the left, $300 fine and 12 months probation.
•Tracy Eric Kennedy, no working brake lights, $143 fine. A charge of suspended registration was dismissed.
•Larry M. Aiken, speeding, $175 fine.
•Elizabeth Smith, DUI, $600 fine, 12 months probation, 40 hours community service, alcohol and drug evaluation and Risk Reduction Program.
•Karen Frances Whitfield, use of fighting words, $300 fine and 12 months probation.
•Talena Nicole Browner, obstruction, $1,000 fine and 12 months probation. She was found not guilty of a charge of disorderly conduct.
•Pamela Heather Ballenger, deposit account fraud, 12 months probation, restitution and $500 fine.
•Johnna Celeste Crumley, stop sign violation (reduced to reckless driving), $750 fine and 12 months probation. Charges of DUI and operation of a vehicle with a cracked windshield were dismissed.
•Pamela Heather Ballenger, theft by taking, $1,000 fine, 12 months probation and restitution.
•Katie Elizabeth Hardy, DUI, $600 fine, 12 months probation, 40 hours community service, alcohol and drug evaluation and Risk Reduction Program. Charges of possession of marijuana and tire violation were dismissed.
•Robin Lynne Gilbert, driving under the influence of drugs, $600 fine, 40 hours community service, 12 months probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and Risk Reduction Program. A charge of failure to maintain lane was dismissed.
•Angela Marie Little, violation of mandatory education law, 450 days probation and children must attend school.
•Matthew Dale Robinson, DUI, $600 fine, 40 hours community service, Risk Reduction Program and alcohol and drug evaluation. A charge of failure to maintain lane was dismissed.
•Charles Logan Roper, criminal trespass, $300 fine and restitution. A charge of reckless conduct was dismissed.
•Julie Elaine Adams, DUI, $600 fine, alcohol and drug evaluation, Risk Reduction Program, 40 hours of community service and 12 months probation. A charge of failure to maintain lane was dismissed.

•Slyrika Arnold, possession of marijuana, $500 fine, alcohol and drug evaluation and 12 months probation.
•Tarsha Renna Bailey, speeding, $129 fine.
•Rachel Alison Bellew, failure to yield when entering a roadway, $143 fine.
•Armando Benitez-Calderon, driving without a license, $703 fine. A charge of headlight violation was dismissed.
•David Calderon Jr., DUI, $600 fine, Risk Reduction Program, drug and alcohol evaluation and 40 hours community service. A charge of failure to maintain lane was dismissed.
•Stephanie Elaine Carter, use of fighting words, $300 fine, 12 months probation and no contact with the victims or their families.
•Luefredia P. Conklin, speeding and driving without a license, $622 fine and 12 months probation.
•Hansel Stanley Cumble, DUI, $500 fine, 80 hours community service, alcohol and drug evaluation, Risk Reduction Program and 12 months probation. Charges of failure to maintain lane and open container violation were dismissed.
•Thomas Frank Davis Jr., harassing phone calls, $300 fine, 12 months probation and no contact with the victim.

•John Winters, theft by shoplifting, probation, restitution and stay away from CVS in Commerce.
•Clinton Galloway, no tag and concealing identity of vehicle, 13 days in jail. A charge of improper use of vehicle was dismissed.
•Jarrod Wilmont, criminal trespass, 10 days in jail.
•Kenneth Funderburk, battery, $1,000 fine to be suspended upon mental health attendance and 12 months probation.
•Ginger Gauge Wilkes, DUI (reduced to reckless driving), $1,000 fine, 80 hours community service and Risk Reduction Program. A charge of failure to maintain lane was dismissed.
•William Blair Brookman, DUI, $1,000 fine, probation, 10 days in jail, 240 hours community service, drug and alcohol evaluation and Risk Reduction Program. Charges of following too closely and open container violation were dismissed.
