Superior Court results

Those sentenced in recent Superior Court hearings in Jackson County include the following:
•Randall Carlyle Stephens, theft by taking, $500 fine and three years probation.
•Larry Dean Robinson, forgery, $500 fine, four years probation and waive fourth amendment rights.
•James W. Stover, simple assault, $750 fine, 12 months probation and no violent contact with the victim.
•Steve Rucker, sexual battery, false imprisonment and battery, $1,000 fine, 10 years probation and no contact with the victim.
