A victory Friday night in Dalton over Callaway means the Jefferson Dragons will be heading to the basketball Final Four playoffs for the first time since 1983.
The Dragons rallied in the fourth quarter to cut the lead held by Callaway, then move ahead to win 65-58.
Jefferson will move on to play in Macon on Thursday against the winner of the Thomasville and Henry County pairing.
Thursday's game is scheduled for a 5:30 p.m. tip-off.
