NEESE to GREEN TREE FINANCIAL SERVICING CORPORATION NKA GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC, dated February 3, 1998, and recorded in Deed Book 17-M, Page 102, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note, dated February 3, 1998, in the original principal amount of SEVENTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT AND 70/100 DOLLARS ($70,888.70) with interest thereon as provided therein, will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Jackson County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday of August 2008 regarding the following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 253rd G.M. District Jackson Co., Georgia containing .91 acre, more or less, being designated as Lot 16, Block “C” of Section 2, Fox Chase Subdivision, according to plat of survey prepared by Cornerstone Land Surveying, dated December 1, 1993 and recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 22 and incorporated herein; being a portion of the property conveyed from Georgia Pacific Corporation to Nicholson Development, Inc. by deed recorded in Deed Book 12-P, Page 93, said records.
Also conveyed herewith is a 1998 28x64 Fleetwood Oak Knoll Manufactured Home, Serial #GAFLV34AB26402-OK12, which is permanently attached to and made a part of the real property.
Said property is commonly known as 103 Steeple Chase Rd., Nicholson, GA 30565.
The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of default under the terms of said Security Deed and Note, including but not limited to the nonpayment of the indebtedness as and when due. The indebtedness remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same, all expenses of the sale, including attorney’s fees and all other payments provided for under the terms of the Security Deed and Note.

By virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that Security Deed executed and delivered by PHILIP C. WALDRON to REGIONS BANK, dated May 26, 2005, and recorded in Deed Book 39-F, Page 429, Jackson County Records, there will be sold at public outcry before the Courthouse door in said County by Regions Bank, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2008, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, as follows:
