Superior Court results from recent proceedings in Jackson County include the following:
•Marcus Myers, obstruction of an officer and DUI (reduced to reckless driving), $1,500 fine, written apology to deputy, one year of drug treatment, Risk Reduction Program, 40 hours community service and 12 months probation.
•Oscar Aguilar, possession of marijuana, $800 fine and 12 months probation.
•Charles Anthony McElroy, possession of cocaine and terroristic threats and acts, $1,500 fine, five years probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and waive fourth amendment rights. Charges of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and stalking were dismissed.
•Amy Marie Smith, forgery, five years probation, restitution and $1,000 fine.
•Sheila Rene Werner, cruelty to children and manufacturing marijuana, $1,000 fine and seven years probation. Charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a drug-related object, drugs not in original container and possession of marijuana were dismissed.
•Susan Dorminey, identity theft and forgery, five years in jail and restitution.

The following cases were dismissed:
•Daniel Wayne Randall, possession of methamphetamine, DUI and giving a false name or date of birth to a law enforcement officer.
•Jeffery Pavkovich, possession of methamphetamine, DUI, giving a false name or date of birth to a law enforcement officer and possession of a drug-related object.
