I just have 1 question well mabye more.
How does Francisco Zapatero have a suspended license and an ICE hold? If immigrations want him he is most likley and illegal. If that is true then how did he get a license in the first place?
If an unlicensed person gets a ticket for say DUI or no license, they get a license number(but no license) and then it (the number) is suspended. So if they get pulled over again, they can be charged with driving on a suspended license. The punishment is more for driving while suspended (v. driving without a license). So one can not continue to drive and get caught with just a slap on the wrist (driving without a license).
yep that's right

Boy, JPD you really overdone yourselves this week! I mean I didn't really expect to see any felons arrested or anything but I would have thought you guys could have made a few arrests out of all those speeding tickets out on 129 bypass.
Way to go Jackson County S.O. You guys are putting real criminals in jail. Maybe you could help out JPD with some addtional training or something...

Boy you are sure to congradulate on something you know very little if anything at all about police work. You have no idea what police officers do. First the county has twice or up to three times the officers working compared to JPD and three to four times the area in volume to work in so I would hope they could arrest and do more than a city that operates on three to four afficers working. Boy you are such a book of knowledge but yet you know so little about policing. You are truely pathetic. I guess thats why you type it because it makes you feel so knowledgable.
