So much for the govt. stimulus. Government spending is like candy. It makes everyone happy for a very short time but then hunger sets in soon.
Good small-business tax policy will grow jobs, not government spending.
I fully expect the recent 3.5% increase in the GDP to go back down to zero or worse next quarter. They aren't growing jobs. They are spending our money.

Things are probably slow in your area. Just what are your qualifications to make such a prediction???

A few minutes ago, the White House issued a new report claiming that the Stimulus Bill earlier this year has created or saved approximately 650,000 U.S. job.
Conveniently left out of the trumped up 650,000 jobs created is the fact that Obama’s continued attempt at growing his Communist voting base and the government… allowed for an imported 1,125,000 foreign workers. This will negate every positive impact the stimulus could have had for U.S. workers. It is reasonable to conclude that at lease another 475,000 people will be joining the existing millions of unemployed, jobless, homeless Americans along with the 30 million plus illegal aliens which have been exported from third world countries from around the world. (The majority being from Mexico).
