Farm Bureau plans annual meeting
The Jackson County Farm Bureau Annual Meeting, Bluegrass & BBQ will be held Oct. 1 at 6:30 p.m. at East Jackson Comprehensive High School.
Live bluegrass music, smoked beef brisket with all the fixin's and more will be offered at the annual meeting. There will be activities for the kids, door prizes and flu shots.
Meal tickets are $5 for adults and $2 for children and flu shots are $25. RSVP is required by Sept. 28.
