•David Lee Evans, 33, 780 Silver Shoals Road, Lula, violation of probation.
•Jimmy Dwight Love, 48, 22375 Old State Road, Pendergrass, violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substance Act, drugs to be kept in original container, suspended registration, reckless driving, alteration of license plates and license required.
•Stanley Floyd Lee, 50, 59 Guy Maddox Road, Braselton, violation of probation.
•Brandon Lashane Poole, 32, 286 Riley Road, Jefferson, two counts of battery.
•John Alexander Thomas, 20, 1505 Natchez Way, Grayson, reckless driving.
•David Lee Cantrell, 58, 1025 Johnson Mill Road, Jefferson, aggravated assault and simple battery.
•Minor, Atlanta, robbery and armed robbery.
•James Kenneth Barker, 33, 103 Karlon Lane, Easley, S.C., obstruction of officers.
•Willie Thomas Hanna, 27, 220 Jims Lane, Nicholson, violation of parole.
•Eric Franklin Rakestraw, 37, 2575 Treadway Drive, Decatur, theft by taking and burglary.
•Scott Alan White, 45, 1464 Ragan Road, Douglasville, improper backing, DUI alcohol, failure to maintain lane and driving while license suspended.
•Jason Allen Wolfe, Sr., 29, 609 Benttree Circle, Toccoa, issuance of bad checks.
