An Atlanta woman was arrested last week by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly attempting to pass two fraudulent checks at a Hoschton bank.
Royal Arlethia Grooms, 50, was charged with burglary. She was arrested after a deputy was called to the Freedom Parkway, Hoschton, bank about a woman trying to cash a fraudulent check.
