•Sarah Nicole Freeman, 25, 2223 Tallulah Road, Robinsville, N.C., tint violation and driving while license suspended.
•Simon Reyes Martinez, 36, 1404 Maple Bend Trail, Lawrenceville, move over law violation and no license.
MAYSVILLE
•Amy Marie Woods, 32, 148 Oakland Drive, Maysville, deposit account fraud.
ARCADE
•Christopher Michael Patrick, 34, 2330 Atlanta Highway, Bogart, failure to appear.
COMMERCE
•Paul Jayson Allred, 31, 308 Cemetery Street, Maysville, theft by taking.
•Micah David Bowen, 25, 74 East College Street, Commerce, violation of probation.
•Charles Leon Oliphant, 17, 67 Manor Court, Commerce, criminal trespass.
•Dennis White, 53, 677 Sims Bridge Road, Commerce, suspended license, altered tag, driving on cancelled registration and no proof of insurance.
