YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 9th day of July, 2009, at 4:00 p.m., in the Courtroom of the Braselton Police and Municipal Court Building at 5040 Highway 53, Braselton, Georgia, the Town Council of the Town of Braselton, Georgia (the “Town”) will hold a public hearing on an urban redevelopment plan entitled “Downtown Braselton Urban Redevelopment Plan” (the “Plan”).
