•Vickie Lee Henderson, 51, 100 Hollis Place, Toccoa, violation of probation.

•Frances Lorraine Mitchell, 36, 463 Rock Forge Road, Jefferson, battery and three counts of cruelty to children.
•Cynthia Denise Farmer, 43, 1539 Willow Gate Trace, Auburn, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, DUI refusal and open container.
•Cory Nathan Garrett, 20, 312 Timber Ridge Lane, Auburn, open container.
•James Lamar Swilling, 64, P.O. Box 156, Elberton, failure to appear.
