Rose Marie Livingston, 79, of Braselton, died Thursday, June 19, 2008, at her residence. A native of Hamilton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Rosa Jennings Ketchum. Bar owner suing neighbor over letter to editor, access

Jefferson business owner Mike Carron has filed a lawsuit in Jackson County against Chris Roper claiming that she libeled him in a letter to the editor she sent to The Jackson Herald. He is asking for $750,000 in damages.
