A Commerce woman was driving on Hwy. 98 at Steve Reynolds Blvd. last week when she was the victim of an armed robbery.
The woman, who was upset and crying when officers were called to the scene, said a dark colored car “shaped like a Crown Victoria” stopped in front of her. When she stopped, a man ran from the car and came up to her window and demanded money.
The woman said he grabbed her wallet, which had $160 in it, and ran back to his car and left.
