Jefferson PD report recent arrests
The Jefferson Police Department arrested nine people last week, including the following:
•Melissa Ann Brooks, 30, 2508 Amelia Way, Statham, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to move over.
•Melissa Ruthanne Nalley, 29, 231 Spratlin Drive, Jefferson, battery, possession of marijuana less than one ounce and probation violation.
•Gilberto Jarillo-Yanez, 19, 121 Hanover Place, Athens, speeding and driving while unlicensed.
•Vu Hoang Nguyen, 20, 11 West Sabel Court, Greenville, S.C., driving too fast for conditions and no proof of insurance.
•Luis Daniel Ruiz, 25, 325 Highland Tera, Gainesville, no license and failure to stop at stop sign.
•Carlos Roberto Amador, 28, 3220 Southwest 96 Avenue, Miami, Fla., failure to appear.
•Raymond Toy Ellis, 36, 1452 Brockton Road, Jefferson, probation violation.
•Brittany Lynn Hess, 18, 310 Tallassee Lane, Statham, open container violation and underage possession of alcohol.
•Royston Sherome Slayton, 27, 318 Gordon Street, Jefferson, probation violation.
•Melissa Ruthanne Nalley, 29, 231 Spratlin Drive, Jefferson, battery, possession of marijuana less than one ounce and probation violation.
