JEFFERSON – Charles Mitchell, formerly of Buford, died Saturday, March 21, 2009.
Survivors include sisters, Alba Melton, Jefferson, Bernice Whitley, Monroe; brother, Dorsey Mitchell, Buford; two sons; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 25, at 11 a.m., in the Lawrenceville chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with his nephew, Allen Whitley, officiating. Burial will be in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 24, at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m.
