T. McFerrin, winner of over 300 high school football games, has been hired as the new head football coach for the Jefferson Dragons.
McFerrin, a native of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, has been in retirement since 2004. He comes to Jefferson with a 301-93-38 record, and with 11 region and one state championship in his career.
The head coaching position came available after Bill Navas recently announced he would be taking the position as Athletic Director in Duluth after a seven season run at JHS.
