JEFFERSON – Peggy Meeks, 69, died Wednesday, March 11, 2009.
Born on September 12, 1939, in Franklin County, she was a homemaker and was of the Baptist denomination. Mrs. Meeks was preceded in death by her husband, Joel Meeks.
Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Dianne and Larry Lee, Jefferson, Sandy and Joey Lowman, Dawsonville, and Joanne and Wayne Peppers, Winder; ten grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, March 15, at 1:30 p.m., at the Center United Methodist Church Cemetery, 7641 Jackson Trail Rd., Hoschton, GA, with the Rev. Larry Lee officiating.
Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, is in charge of arrangements.
