COMMERCE – Emma Jewel Shrader, 69, died Thursday, January 15, 2009, at her residence.
Born in DeKalb County, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe and Lillie Bruce Burney. She was Baptist and a homemaker. Mrs. Shrader was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Bruce Shrader.
Survivors include a daughter, Lynn Cox, Canton; sons, Michael Hart, Dacula, and Phillip Shrader, Homer; and four grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home in Commerce.
