Commence at the intersection of the centerline of Dunahoo Road and the right of way of Plainview Road (100 foot right of way) and proceed westerly along the right of way of said Plainview Road a distance of 5,326 feet to a 1/2 inches rebar found; said rebar being the point of beginning. Proceed thence along the rights of way of said Plainview Road along the arc of a curve having a radius of 555.45 feet a distance of 358.97 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord having a bearing of north 67 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds west and a length of 365.53 feet to a point; thence north 20 degrees 44 minutes 43 seconds east 427.94 feet to a 1/2 inches rebar set; thence south 81 degrees 11 minutes 54 seconds East 586.04 feet to a 1/2 inches rebar found; thence south 41 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds West 601.97 feet to a 1/2 inches rebar found, said point also being the point of beginning.
Said tract or parcel of land contains 5.00 acres and is more particularly described on a plat of survey prepared for Caroline Camp by Venable & Associates, Inc. dated January 12, 2000.
